The TJX Companies, Inc.

The pet program at TJX was very new, so in-house branding was in demand. As lead designer, I’d come up with brands, design a look & feel for each, and work with the soft-home team to decide which products fit within each of those brands. Responsibilities included the design, development and approval of all packaging components—communicating daily with vendors, factories, buyers and project managers.

“Why are there two sets of the same shoes?” Customers constantly thought pet shoes were for children. Below was my packaging solution. I designed and developed these clothing boards—communicating daily with vendors, factories, buyers and project managers.

Home // On the hard-home product development team, responsibilities included the design, development and approval of all packaging components—communicating daily with vendors, factories, buyers and project managers. Assignments included pattern and surface design for product (applied to anything from candle bands to gift wrap), face-papers, recyclable bags, dinnerware & glassware, stationary and seasonal packaging.
